Sections keep your cards organized, with each section appearing as a row on the TV, like Welcome, Your stay, The house, or Nearby. When you set up your property, Bienvue creates a starter set of sections based on your property type, and you can customize them whenever you want.
Add a section
On the Content page, select New section and type a title. Every section must have a unique name.
Rename, reorder or delete
Click the menu button beside any section on the Content page:
- Rename: type a new title for the section.
- Move up or Move down: rearrange the order of rows on the TV screen.
- Delete section: if the section contains cards, pick another section to hold them, and Bienvue will place them at the end. Your guide must always have at least one section, so you cannot delete the final remaining one.
Just like individual cards, section updates only reach your TV screens and phone guides when you publish. A deleted section continues showing on your TVs until you publish your changes.
If it doesn't work
- "There's already a section called …": each section needs a unique title, so try a different name.
- "That section was deleted, perhaps in another window": a teammate or another browser tab might have modified that section already. Refresh the page to load the latest setup.
