When adding local recommendations, Bienvue can draft descriptions for you using Google's Gemini AI:
- The one-line blurb generates automatically whenever you add a spot from Find places nearby, filling the card's Blurb field unless you already wrote your own.
- The longer description: click Write with AI on any Place card to generate a natural, welcoming summary from a visitor's perspective. If you want a different variation, select Rewrite with AI, or select Undo to restore your previous wording.
All generated text is labeled with "AI draft. Check it before saving." Because artificial intelligence can occasionally misunderstand local details, always read drafts carefully before saving. If a location is part of a large chain or lacks sufficient public information, Bienvue will let you know and invite you to write the description yourself.
Limits
- Free plan: 30 AI drafts per month for your organization, covering both short blurbs and full descriptions. Your allowance refreshes at the start of each calendar month in UTC time.
- Paid plans: unlimited AI drafts with no monthly restrictions.
If you reach the monthly ceiling on the free plan, you will see: "You've used this month's AI drafts on the free plan." You can always type your own descriptions freely or upgrade your subscription for unlimited generations.
What's sent to the AI
Bienvue sends only the business name, its address or category, and your property's search location to generate the draft. No guest details are ever shared, and no proprietary data from Google Maps is sent.
