Bienvue is a digital welcome guide for your vacation rental, B&B, or small hotel. You build it once inside your Bienvue dashboard, and your guests can view it in two easy places:
- On the TV in the room, using the Bienvue app on a Roku. It greets guests with your Wi-Fi details, checkout time, house rules, and local recommendations. There is nothing extra for guests to open, and they never have to learn a confusing remote.
- On their phones, through a simple web link or a QR code you share. The mobile guide includes the very same cards, which means guests can keep your favorite spots in their pocket when they head out.
Whenever you update your information in the dashboard, select Publish to send those changes to every TV screen and phone guide right away.
What you can put in a guide
Your guide is built out of cards, grouped into sections that you name and organize yourself. You can add cards for your Wi-Fi network, checkout instructions, helpful contacts, emergency numbers, step-by-step how-tos, local weather, favorite places nearby, or plain text notes. What it costs
You can get started completely for free. The free plan covers a phone guide for one property with up to 50 photos. If you want to put guides on TV screens, manage more properties, or unlock extra tools, you can upgrade to a paid plan. Every paid plan begins with a 14-day free trial. Where it works
Our TV app runs on Roku TVs and Roku streaming players, with more TV platforms on the way. The phone guide opens right inside any mobile web browser, so your guests never have to download or install an app.
