Add a propertyAdd a new property from the property menu. Paid plans add new homes at prorated rates for the rest of your billing cycle.
Archived propertiesRemoved properties and properties from cancelled plans are held in archive for two months. Restore them anytime before permanent deletion.
Change, cancel or resume your planToggle between monthly and yearly billing, update payment cards, or cancel from the Billing page. Cancelled plans stay active through the paid period.
Hotels and roomsHotels are billed per room (from 3 to 20 rooms in Billing) with 2 TV screens per room. Properties with over 20 rooms are set up with support.
If a payment failsTV screens and phone guides remain active for 30 days after a failed payment so your guests have an uninterrupted stay while you update your card.
Nonprofit planRegistered nonprofit organizations can use all paid Bienvue features at no cost. Email support with proof of status to receive an activation link.
Plans and pricingThe free plan covers a mobile phone guide for one property. The Host Plan bills per home with volume savings, and Hospitality bills per hotel room.
Start a paid plan or free trialPick monthly or yearly on Billing, enter a card, and agree to automatic renewal. The first 14 days are free, once per organization.
